About Women4Cyber UK
Women4Cyber Foundation is a European initiative established by ECSO to address the gender gap in cybersecurity and strengthen diversity, inclusion, and skills development across the ecosystem.
A Pan-European Network
The Women4Cyber Foundation works to increase the participation, visibility, and advancement of women in cybersecurity by promoting education, mentorship, networking, awareness, professional development, and policy engagement across Europe.
Today, Women4Cyber is represented through a network of national chapters across Europe, creating a strong collaborative community connecting industry, academia, government, and civil society.
The UK Chapter
Women4Cyber UK is the official UK national chapter of the Women4Cyber Foundation, responding to the unique needs of the UK cybersecurity landscape.
While we have a particular focus on increasing female participation, our community is open, inclusive, and accessible to everyone who shares our mission of building a stronger, more diverse cybersecurity ecosystem.
